I appreciate your response. I am interested in the recipes you suggested. There is always room for low fat recipes in my kitchen! Please post them. The turkey enchilada recipe that I was referring to was from "My Great Recipe" cards. The only information I have on them is that they are printed in Holland. Each month you would receive a packet of recipes to add to your plastic file case that they probably sent you with the first order. My mother was the one that ordered them. I just tried a few recipes and fell in love with this one. Anytime I prepared it for someone, they loved it. Thanks Misha for your response! If anyone else happens to have this recipe from these cards, I would love to hear from you.
