ISO: use of passion fruit

The passon fruit season is back. (I think...) I have been getting them for $2.00 AUD for 4 or 5 each time I go shopping. Personally, I just split them in half and scoop out the pulps along with the juice and eat it! I can easily eat 4 at once! None of my family or friends will eat passion fruit this way, though... I am wondering if you all have some good recipes for fresh passion fruit? Low-fat recipes if possible? Thanks for any idea!
