ISO: Vanilla Ice Cream for Nordic Ware Supremer Ice Creamer

Misc.
I've been looking all over the internet for recipes or instructions on how to use the ice creamer.
Thank god I've found you!
I was wondering if you can post the instructions and the all recipes inside the book. If you can't post all the recipes, I would at least like to know the recipe for making vanilla ice cream.
Thanks so much!
