ISO: veal barcelona

We would love to find the recipe for veal barcelona . The Copper Kettle from George Kaneses ( forgive the spelling). He's no longer there to cook for myself and my family. The Open Kitchen is a wonderful place to eat.
However its too far to go now. So hopefully someone has found the reciepe and will send it to me. Thanks for your help. Larry and Barrie
