GRAHAM CRACKER BROWNIES
2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 32 squares)
1 cup (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch salt
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
In a large bowl, combine cracker crumbs, chocolate chips, baking powder, salt and sweetened condensed milk. Spread into a greased 8-inch square baking pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
Makes 18 servings
