ISO: Vegetables fit for a King - McCalls Cooking Scool

I lost my recipe for "Vegetables Fit for a King" from the McCalls Cooking School series. - It was creamed spinach surrounded by whipped potatoes. It's my daughter's favorite for Thanksgiving - Can anyone help?
