PEANUT BUTTER AND OTHER NUT BUTTERS
Place 2 cups salted peanuts in container, cover and run on Speed 4 until motor begins to labor, then slide to Speed 7. Stop Blender and push peanuts from the sides of container into the blades when necessary.
Cashews and peanuts require no additional oil, but add 1 tablespoon non-flavored salad oil for each cup of all other nuts.
