We were lucky enough to have done the theme parks in Florida for 3 years. I still can taste the smoked turkey legs at universal washed down with a cold Bud . I have bought a hot smoker for our lovely scottish salmon and trout and was wondering if anyone can supply me with a recipe for these delicious turkey legs.
