ISO: Yummy Turkey legs ! Whats the secret ??

Hello Randy,
We have just returned to the U.K from a trip to Florida
where I had eaten so many turkey legs that I thought I was
going to burst.They are so yummy please could you tell me your receipe so I could try these at home.
