ISO: what to make with apple butter

I have a 28oz jar of apple butter. My husband wanted it after he saw it he said its not what he wanted. He wanted a caramel dip for apples. So now i have this huge jar of this apple butter what can i do with it. I dont want to throw it away. Thanks.
