ISO: White Chocolate in Jam?

Misc.
I would like to try adding white chocolate to one of my jam recipies. I typically process my jam for 10 minutes in a water bath method. Does anyone have any information if processing white chocolate in jam will ramain safe if I use a water bath canning method?

Thanks for your help.
