ISO: Whole foods low fat chocolate chewies

I am searching for a recipe for the low fat chocolate chewies that I always purchase while i'm in washington d.c. and the arlington,va area. The whole foods in Phoenix doesn't have them and I cant live without them! Please help me find the recipe.I'm having chocolate chewy withdrawl!
