ISO: Whole Wheat Bread for Black and Decker bread machine

Hi, I just bought a new B&D Breadmaker..large horizontal one.
The recipe book is pretty basic but the one for whole wheat bread has a bunch of seeds and stuff that we don't use in a day-to-day recipe. Please send me a successful plain whole wheat/white flour combination.
I guess I could experiment with a recipe that we used to use in a smaller breadmaker but I hate to waste time and materials that way.
Please reply soonest.
