ISO: Wine Jelly thin and runny

I have just made some wine jelly, followed the directions to the letter, but when I took the jars out of the pot after processing the jelly seemed very thin and runny. Will it thicken or set after it cools or sits a while? If not is there any remedy to fix the problem
