ISO: yogurt cake-no icing little sugar

I'm looking for a one bowl( hopefully) yogurt cake.I had one, with no icing, very little sugar, little fat, and was drizzeled with a THIN lemon syrup after baking. It was ideal for baking in a loaf pan and could be taken back to university or boot camp without going bad on the trip. Anyone have such a recepie??
