Hi Carolyn,

I'm jealous. I guess you are leaving tomorrow. I need to become independently wealthy. I haven't been anywhere really.

We got some more snow last night! The grass is just barley peeking through in some spots. The temperature has warmed up some which I am happy for.

I'm so glad you tried the Balsamic Chicken. I just LOVE it. I give it out all the time but people just never use the recipe. It is the one recipe I'd take with me on a deserted island!

Have fun on your trip and tell us all about it when you come back. Maybe think of me for a few seconds while you are on the beach and I can have an ESP vacation??!!
