Thank You: Belgium Waffles

Thanks for all of the Belgium Waffles recipes. I can't wait to try some of them. I thought you may be interested to know, however, there appears to be an ingredient missing from this one. I suspect it may be flour . . .

BELGIAN WAFFLES

These are very good, crisp, and tasty. 1 c. water Beat until smooth and add: 1 3/4 tsp. baking powder 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. lemon extract Beat 1 cup whipping cream until stiff. Fold in batter and let stand 15 minutes. Bake in seasoned Belgium Waffle iron. Serve warm with powdered sugar and whipped cream and sliced berries or fruit. Out of this world! Makes 3 waffles, 8 inches square.
