Celery Hamburger Hot Dish
1 to 2 pounds hamburger
3 cups celery
1 large onion
1 cup rice
3 1/2 cups boiling water
5 Tablespoons soy sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Fry hamburger with onion & celery and drain off fat Add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Divide into 2 casserole dishes that have been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake, covered, for one hour.
