Thank You: Betsy, I had all but forgotten my request.

I have moved from the mountains of Northern New Mexico, just outside of Santa Fe and now live in central Vermont. I am the General Manager for the Three Stallion Inn & Resort and will discuss this recipe with the Executive Chef to our Lippett's Restaurant and Morgan's Pub.

I had all but forgotten my request for this recipe and am very pleased to have it now. Guess it's like a Christmas present.

If you are ever planning a trip to New England, we would love to meet you.

Sincerely,

Barbara George
