Recipe: Pistachio Pie (using kiwi and pudding mix, Keebler Ready-Crust recipe)

1 Keebler Ready-Crust Chocolate Flavored Pie Crust
2 kiwis, sliced, divided use
1 3/4 cups milk
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. pistachio instant pudding mix
whipped topping (for garnish)
Arrange sliced kiwis, reserving a few slices for garnish, to cover the bottom of the pie crust. Set aside.
Pour cold milk into bowl and add pudding mix. Beat until well blended on low speed for one minute. Pour over sliced kiwis and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
TO SERVE:
Place remaining kiwi slices on top of pie and garnish with dollops of whipped topping. Refrigerate leftovers.
Makes 1 pie
