Thomas, you have been so very helpful. This sounds like it, but they baked it in an au gratin dish with a white sauce. I don't recall tomatoes, but this one has such a small amount, that maybe I just didn't notice. There used to be a Landry's in Little Roack, Ark. when they bought out Cajun's Wharf, and that's where I tasted it first 10 years ago, but have also had it in Memphis, TN. so I felt like it was either an original from Cajun's Wharf or Landry's when they first opened. I will try this recipe soon and let you know how it comes out, but it sure sounds good. Thanks again for your help!! You are a sweetie!
