Thank you all for posting the cabbage recipes. I have some Kielbasa in the fridge and a small head of cabbage, so I will make Jackie's first and then Elly's and go down the listing after that. I've seen some ethnic recipes that call for 'white' cabbage, is this a particular variety of cabbage?
