Recipe(tried): Corned Beef and Cabbage (using canned corned beef)

Main Dishes - Beef and Other Meats
This recipe is fast, cheap and easy.

Corned Beef and Cabbage

1 head of cabbage
1 can Hormel corned beef

Chop cabbage and soak for 1-2 hours (you do not have to soak cabbage; it just makes it crispier.)

Drain cabbage and add:
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp salt
desired amount of pepper (optional)
just enough water to start steam

Next, steam cabbage (on stove top) until it is about halfway to your desired doneness.

Stir in corned beef. Finally, when it is all the consistency you want it; turn it off and enjoy.
