Cabbage and Beef
You will need:
beef, thinly sliced
salt and pepper
cabbage, thinly sliced
1 red tomato, sliced (optional)
Fry beef in some oil; season with salt and pepper. Add cabbage and tomato to the beef. Cover and turn up the heat high. Cook until all the water is evaporated.
