Thank you so much....I have found several contests/bake-off's to enter into. The National Chicken Cook-off, The Southern living Magazine Cook-off, a local apple bake-off, and my sister saw in her local paper of the allrecipes.com recipe search, and last but not least the Taste of home Cupcake Challenge. I am eagerly searching for more...hopefully with fingers crossed I get into at least one.
