Thankyou so much for the ideas for using Shiitake musrooms.If i could send you some I would do gladly.so what I,ll do is when I eat them(probably today I,ll dedicate them to you!)
Hope all is well......we,re having a cold front it was-4 last night so i,ve loads of clothes on and the fire in the office and my feet are still cold!!!!!
