Thanks also for the notes you posted ahead of the recipe, it's alway nice to know how something turned out when someone made it. I write the date and notes next to every recipe I try, some people think this spoils my cookbooks, but I like to think the people they are passed down to will appreciate it and maybe even find it interesting. I usually include who was present at the meal and individual reactions to the dish. Sometimes if I feel like substituting an ingredient I will note that and it's effect. This is especially helpful when changing regular recipes to lower-fat ones. Thanks again for your reply.
