HONEY-SOY BARBECUE SAUCE
1/2 cup Wesson oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 tsp, dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash ground black pepper
Combine all ingredients. Let stand an hour before using to baste broiled or barbecued chicken.
Makes about 1 cup
