The following is a recipe for a Pineapple Cheese Ball... perhaps you could work with it a bit to get your desired spread.

PINEAPPLE CHEESE BALL

2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 cups finely chopped pecans, divided use
1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
crackers or celery (to serve)

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add pineapple, green pepper, chopped onion, seasoned salt and 1 cup pecans. Chill to harden a bit.

Shape into ball and roll in remaining nuts.

Serve with crackers or celery. Can be frozen.
