I will follow your advise and I will try your mother's version. Thanks also for the wonderful description. Several cuban couples are coming on thursday, for a discussion and legal advice for an advertising campaign on their business. After the official business, we always have an improptu dinner. I will serve your mamita's Rabo Encendido, using for the process my pressure cooker. And I will mention, for sure, that the recipe comes from a dear and trusted cuban friend from Tampa.
