It's just wonderful that your mama is still alive and better yet, shares all these treasured memories with you! Thank you for posting such a beautiful story...your mama must have some very unique perspective on the history of Puerto Rico. How very wonderful!

I love the ingredients in the Pumpkin Soup and the Arroz Jardinero, I will be sure to try them.
