Thank You: forfar bridies (Irish)

Thank you very much Gladys, for the "Bridies" recipe. I previously found the same recipe. It is close to what I am searching for, except for shape. I found a recipe for "Boureks" which also is close, but they are fried, not baked. I need a recipe for seasoned ground beef, not pork rolled in phyllo pastry like "pigs in a blanket", plus temperature and time for baking them. The deli, and the bakery sell these as "beef rolls", but, to date, I have been unable to find any recipes for the same. Thanks again.
