We usually make two at a time when we are taking them to a function, they go quickly! I use whatever fruit looks nice and ripe at the time. I'd like to try one using brown sugar instead of white in the cream cheese layer. I love strawberries dipped in sour cream or yogurt and then brown sugar, so I think it would be a good combo. I just keep forgeting to try it with the fruit pizza. Happy Holidays!
