I'm pretty sure this can be modified re: the butter content - the other ingredients in the recipe are interesting enough that cutting back on butter, and using even a smaller quantity of liquid margarine would work - Luckily, we both love fish, but up to now, of course, it's been FRIED - so I'm looking for new ways to do fish - thanks, Jeanne
