If you've added extra flour you can cut in a couple of extra tablespoons of lard. Then try adding water, a tablespoon at a time. while tossing the mixture with a fork. The dough should start to come together. Don't add too much water, just enough so you can form the dough into a disc for rolling. And try not to handle or stir it too much or the crust may not turn out flaky.
