Dear Gladys:
I must say I was surprised for your fast reply,thank you very much.I already had one of the three url's you sent me, but one of them is specially helpful because my husband and of course my father-in-law are both dutch and i think i'm goin to surprise them with some of these recipes.
I've been in Holland a couple of times and i have to say i'm soooo in love with the croquettes,the strange thing is that common people in Holland does not know how to make them. I already have an idea of the ingredients and method. I'll try them right here in PR!!
