Your recipes are some of the traditional Sicilian recipes I was eyeing in my cookbooks. I love arancini - there is a little restaurant in my neighborhood that makes them and I get them for a quick lunch (though theirs are filled with only ham, cheese and peas, which are typical of quick restaurant fare). I also love caponata, which I make myself. It is great as a side dish, but also as a topping for roasted peppers and even garlic-scented shrimp.

Makes me want to do a Soprano's meal myself on Sunday!! LOL!!!
