I'm so grateful that you've posted these recipes on this site. My father was a short order cook for Horn and Hardardt at 42 (and I believe Broadway). Close to that location, anyway. I used to have these two dishes from the automated coin-slot cubbies where they had these side dishes. I just loved them!!! I can't wait to try them and see if they bring back memories. Thanks, again!!!
