I clicked on the link and that took me to a Broderbund CS site. I tried to download the manual (PDF) and got an error msg that that site no longer exists. I went to the Broderbund online store and found no reference to the program even with a search. Does Broderbund no longer publish KG 10,000? Has support been a problem with this product?
