Hi Jeanne,

Thanks for taking the time to look for me...that is sooo sweet!

I don't believe the pie is cooked at all or uses eggs, hence the name "Lemon Icebox Pie". I do think that Kim's mama's version (the last of the three she posted) is the one I am looking for.,
