Thank you so much for your ideas. My kids eat everything and always have. However, the whole raisin - nut - dried fruit thing takes some growing into. So with that being said... Everything I have run by my son he is "poo pooing", however, I am definitely going to make these desserts for the big people. We decided that we would make a standard old cake and decorate it like the mexican flag...and of course baking the traditional bean in the cake for that lucky one who gets it.
