Thank You: My Dear Gladys...for yet another wonderful recipe

I just had to let you know that I tried your Herbed Chicken & Rice Salad yesterday and liked it very much. I chose to use Spanish seasoned yellow rice (from a package). This would be lovely and different on a buffet table.
