Recipe: Hot Fruit Compote

HOT FRUIT COMPOTE

1 can apricots, drained
1 can pears, drained and quartered
1 can bing cherries, drained
1 can pineapple chunks with juice
1 can Royal Anne cherries, drained
1 can sliced peaches, drained or 1 pkg. frozen peaches
1 c. raisins (optional)
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. margarine
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. orange juice
4 tbsp. orange liqueur

Mix all ingredients and then pour over fruit in crock pot or large baking dish. Heat in oven for about 1 hour or cook on high in crock pot for 3-4 hours until hot through.
