Thank You: Piccadilly's carrot souffle

I was so delighted to find the recipe for Piccadilly's carrot souffle.
I had lived in Atlanta, Georgia for a short time and could not eat this carrot souffle enough. Everytime I could find a Piccadilly's I would have to gorge myself with more. I don't have a location near me anymore, and found the recipe here. You have made my mouth very happy! THANK YOU....
