Thank You: Picadilly's Carrot Souffle

I was so delighted to find this recipe for the carrot souffle. For years I frequented our Picadilly locally, then one day they were gone. I missed this truly scrumptious souffle and feel blessed that I was able to find it on this website. THANK YOU!!!
