Thank You: Potato Candy

Thank you I've looked every where for this recipe. I'm from Ohio and everybody here looked at me crazy when I'd asked if they had a recipe for Potato Candy. (Must be Yankee Food)!!! Also need a recipe for No bake cookies that will work here with the humitity.
