Thank You: Puerto Rican Rice and Beans

In recent years I've had cravings for the PR Rice & Beans or as my dad always said, "The Ramey Special: Rice & Beans today, Beans & Rice tomorrow."

Hoping this recipe tastes at least somewhat similar to what I remember. Thanks again.
