Thank You: Puerto Rico Rice and Beans - I Can't believe thi either

I was at Ramey AFB in 3-5th grade in 1960-1963. I used my entire allowance to go to the base cafeteria and buy the rice and beans (they were that good) Thanks for the recipe, I am going to use it.
