Thank You: Re Recipes using Hot Roll Mix

thankyou very much for the recipes..what i am wondering is...i have a home made mix for the hot rolls..in recipes that call for a commercial blend..what would be the equivalent?..i`ve noticed some call for 1 pkg.mix..would it be 2 cups or more?...thankyou for all your help..
