Recipe: Create Your Own Cake (using cake mix and pudding mix)

CREATE "YOUR OWN" CAKE

1 (4-serving size) box pudding mix (not instant)
milk for pudding (as package directs)
1 (18 oz) pkg cake mix
baking chips
chopped nuts (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 13x9-inch baking pan.

Cook pudding mix as directed on package; remove from heat.

Add box of cake mix (dry); stir until moistened. Pour into prepared baking pan. Top with baking chips and nuts.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 1/2 hour.

VARIATIONS:
Use your favorite pudding and cake mix to suit "your own" tastes. Example: Use vanilla pudding, 2 cups milk, yellow cake mix, chocolate chips and nuts. Tastes like chocolate chip cookies.
